Tropical Chunk Cookies

• 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
• 1 34 cups flour
• 1 12 cups coconut flakes
• 34 teaspoon baking soda
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 12 cup butter, softened
• 13 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup macadamia nuts

1. heat oven to 375.
2. micorwave 1 cup chips in bowl on high 2 minute stir until chocolate is melted.
3. mix flour, coconut, baking soda and salt.
4. beat butter and sugar in large bowl.
5. add egg and vanilla.
6. stir in melted chocolate.
7. gradually beat in flour.
8. stir in remaining chips and nuts.
9. drop by tbsp-full onto a cookie sheet.
10. bake 11 to 13 minutes.
11. cool.
