Salmon and Mushroom Pasta
- 2 pkg. (14 oz. each) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 can (8 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
- Prepare Dinners as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp.
- oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add fish; season with pepper.
- Cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning after 3 min.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Heat remaining oil in same skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms; cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Add prepared Dinners and bread crumbs; mix lightly.
- Top with pimentos.
- Serve fish with Dinner mixture.
