Mary's Minestroni Soup Recipe
- 1 pound R.B. Rices Italian Sausage
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 sm. fresh zucchini (optional) - slice 1 inch thick then quarter
- 1 can Franco American spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Parmesan cheese
- Brown sausage - crumbled - and drain fat.
- Add in soup and water.
- Stir in vegetables and squash.
- Add in spices.
- Cook till well heated.
- Add in canned spaghetti and sprinkle in Parmesan cheese.
