KD with Fish Tofu & Broccoli
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
- 150 g (1/2 of 300-g pkg.) fish tofu, cut into cubes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- Cook Macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, adding tofu and broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
- Drain macaroni mixture; return to pan.
- Add margarine, milk and Cheese Sauce Mix; cook until margarine is melted and macaroni is evenly coated with sauce, stirring frequently.
