Red Eye Gravy

• Grease from sugar cured ham fried in iron skillet(always boil ham in water in pan and pour off first to remove excess salt)
• 1 tsp (5 ml) instant coffee
• 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar

1. After the ham is fried and removed, stir in the coffee and sugar.
