Easy Caramel Pancake Mix Pound Cake
- 100 grams Butter
- 80 grams Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 grams Pancake mix
- 50 ml Caramel cream
- Put the butter in a heat-resistant bowl and cover loosely with plastic wrap.
- Microwave it at 500 W for about 40 seconds.
- Add the sugar and mix with a whisk.
- Beat the egg in another bowl, then add it in little by little to Step 1.
- Mix it in well with each addition, making sure that the egg is distributed evenly.
- Add the pancake mix and use a spatula to stir it in until there are no flour streaks.
- Transfer 1/3 of the Step 3 batter to a separate bowl.
- Usefor the caramel cream.
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Add 1/3 of the caramel cream from Step 5 to the 1/3 of batter from Step 4, and mix well.
- Place a carefully lined cake pan on a baking sheet, then pour in the remaining batter from Step 3.
- Next, pour the batter from Step 6 on top.
- Use chopsticks to quickly and roughly swirl in the batter.
- Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 180C.
- Insert a wooden skewer, and if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
- Drizzle the leftover cream on top of cake.
