Greek Turkey Meatloaf with Aioli
- 1 pkg. (5 oz.) baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1-1/2 cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Microwave spinach in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or just until wilted.
- Meanwhile, mix mayo and garlic until blended.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- mayo mixture.
- Add remaining mayo mixture to spinach along with all remaining ingredients; mix just until blended.
- Press turkey mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with reserved mayo mixture.
- Bake 45 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
