Greek Turkey Meatloaf with Aioli

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Microwave spinach in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or just until wilted.
  4. Meanwhile, mix mayo and garlic until blended.
  5. Reserve 2 Tbsp.
  6. mayo mixture.
  7. Add remaining mayo mixture to spinach along with all remaining ingredients; mix just until blended.
  8. Press turkey mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Top with reserved mayo mixture.
  10. Bake 45 min.
  11. or until done (165 degrees F).
