Cherry Wine Mold Recipe
- 1 (20 ounce.) can bing cherries, pitted (about 2 1/2 c.)
- 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. cherry gelatin
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. sherry or possibly wine
- Drain cherries, reserving juice.
- Add in water to juice to make 2 3/4 c..
- Boil, and add in gelatin, orange juice, and wine.
- Stir till dissolved.
- Cold.
- When partially set, mix in cherries and pour into Mini Bundt pan or possibly Fiesta party pan.
- Refrigeratetill set.
- To serve: If you like, lowfat sour cream diluted with grenadine syrup may be used for a topping.
