  1. Preheat oven to 325C.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt honey, butter, brown sugar over low heat.
  5. When melted, toss with dry ingredients.
  6. Lay out on baking pan; bake for 15 minutes (or a bit longer if you like it drier and crunchier)
  7. Let cool.
  8. As it cools, mix in chopped dried fruit.
  9. Stores for 2 weeks in airtight container.
