Lemon Herb Dressing
- 14 cup of fresh mint, minced
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- in a bowl or jar whisk or shake together mint, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, mustard, vinegar, honey, onion, salt and black pepper.
- Make Ahead: refrigerate in airtight container for up to 5 days.
