Don's Famous Linguine and Clam Sauce

  1. Saute garlic lightly in olive oil, add vegies, clam liquid, soup, wine, salt and pepper.
  2. Simmer uncovered until reduced and thickened to desired consistency.
  3. Add clams, heat a bit more, and pour over 1/2 lb (.2 kg).
  4. of prepared linguine.
  5. Add parmesan and /or romano cheese.
  6. Magnifico!
