Smoky Chicken Satays

  1. Beat peanut butter, barbecue sauce, lime juice and cilantro in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add chicken strips; toss to coat.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to marinate.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Thread chicken strips evenly onto skewers.
  8. Grill 4 to 5 min.
  9. on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165F).
