Smoky Chicken Satays
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Peanut Butter
- 1-1/2 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 72 each wooden skewers
- Beat peanut butter, barbecue sauce, lime juice and cilantro in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add chicken strips; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to marinate.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Thread chicken strips evenly onto skewers.
- Grill 4 to 5 min.
- on each side or until chicken is cooked through (165F).
