Dark Chocolate Truffle Temptations

  1. Chop 8 of the chocolate squares; place in microwaveable bowl.
  2. Add cream and butter.
  3. Microwave on MEDIUM 1 1/2 minutes; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Meanwhile, cover baking sheet with waxed paper.
  7. Shape chocolate mixture into 24 balls, using about 1 teaspoons for each ball.
  8. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  9. Melt remaining 8 chocolate squares as directed on package.
  10. Dip chocolate balls, one at a time, in melted chocolate.
  11. Return to baking sheet.
  12. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  13. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
  14. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
