Spider Cheese Balls
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 24 rice crackers
- 48 currants
- 3/4 cup dry chow mein noodles
- Mix cream cheese, seasoning and 1/2 cup shredded cheese in medium bowl until blended.
- Shape into 24 balls, using 2 Tbsp.
- cheese mixture for each.
- Roll in remaining shredded cheese.
- Place each cheese ball onto a rice cracker and decorate spider with currants for eyes and spider legs using the chow mein noodles.
