Healthy Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Low-fat or fat-free yoghurt (Greek or French vanilla are my favourites)
- 1/2 cup Low-fat or skim milk
- 1 tsp honey (or more)
- Cut up banana and place in blender (or jug if using a hand blender)
- Add honey, yoghurt and milk
- Blend on medium speed or until smooth
- Serve with icecream or fruit and enjoy!
