Healthy (And Easy) Honey Bran Muffins

  1. Combine crushed cereal and boiling water in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Let sit 5 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, Stirring just until moistened.
  4. Fill sprayed muffin cups (15 standard or 24 mini).
  5. Bake 18 to 20 minutes (standard cups) or 12 minutes (mini cups).
