Cherry Sour
- 1 cup maricchino cherries, with liquid
- 23 cup plain yogurt, strained
- sugar, to taste
- To strain yogurt (not included in prep time): place in a sive on top of a deep bowl and keep in fridge about 8 hours (or overnight).
- Remove yogurt into a covered bowl or cup until needed.
- To make drink: Put cherries and their liquid into blender, add yogurt and blend till smooth.
- Taste and sweeten with sugar if need be.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a cherry and serve.
- Note: you can change up the yogurt for different flavour combo's or you can add a couple drops of extract that compliment the cherry, like almond or lemon.
