Cherry Sour

  1. To strain yogurt (not included in prep time): place in a sive on top of a deep bowl and keep in fridge about 8 hours (or overnight).
  2. Remove yogurt into a covered bowl or cup until needed.
  3. To make drink: Put cherries and their liquid into blender, add yogurt and blend till smooth.
  4. Taste and sweeten with sugar if need be.
  5. Pour into glasses, garnish with a cherry and serve.
  6. Note: you can change up the yogurt for different flavour combo's or you can add a couple drops of extract that compliment the cherry, like almond or lemon.
