Parmesan Potatoes Recipe

  1. Pre-cook potatoes in microwave for 5 min.
  2. Cut into 4 wedges each, lengthwise.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  4. Heat one half stick butter in 9x13 in baking pan in the oven.
  5. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  6. In a separate bowl, add in lowfat milk and dip wedges first in lowfat milk then in flour mix.
  7. Lay in the pan, heat remaining butter in c. and drizzle over coated wedges in pan.
  8. Bake 30 min turning after 15 min.
  9. Great with Ranch Dressing to dip in.
