Parmesan Potatoes Recipe
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1 stick butter, divided in half
- 1 c. all purpose flour
- 1 c. Parmesan grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
- 1 tsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp. chili pwdr
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Pre-cook potatoes in microwave for 5 min.
- Cut into 4 wedges each, lengthwise.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat one half stick butter in 9x13 in baking pan in the oven.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, add in lowfat milk and dip wedges first in lowfat milk then in flour mix.
- Lay in the pan, heat remaining butter in c. and drizzle over coated wedges in pan.
- Bake 30 min turning after 15 min.
- Great with Ranch Dressing to dip in.
