Broiled Steak With Horseradish Sauce
- 2 pounds top sirloin beef steak
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish*
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Heat broiler.
- Place steak onto greased broiler pan.
- Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat, turning once, 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Combine all horseradish sauce ingredients in 1-quart saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
- Cut steak on diagonal into thin slices.
- Serve with hot horseradish sauce.
