Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Bites

  1. Soak toothpicks in some water so they wont burn in the oven.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut the bacon slices in half.
  3. Put the brown sugar in a shallow bowl and dredge each half-slice of bacon in the brown sugar.
  4. Take one pineapple chunk, place on one end of a bacon slice and roll up.
  5. Secure with a toothpick.
  6. After all pineapples are rolled, sprinkle remaining brown sugar over the top.
  7. Place on a greased rack on a baking sheet to catch the grease.
  8. Bake 25 minutes.
