Easy Kansai-style Sukiyaki and with Udon
- 250 grams Beef
- 1/8 Chinese cabbage
- 5 cm Daikon radish
- 200 grams Grilled tofu
- 1 pack Shirataki
- 1 Enoki mushrooms
- 1 Maitake mushrooms
- 2 Eggs
- 2 portions Cooked udon noodles
- 5 tbsp Sake
- 4 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce
- Cut the beef and vegetables into suitable sizes.
- For the sukiyaki base, pour the ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl.
- Microwave for 1.5 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
- Rub the beef tallow in a pot and saute the beef there.
- Pour the sukiyaki stock, vegetables and sukiyaki stock again.
- Cover with a lid and after a while, the sukiyaki is done!
- (Drop a raw egg if you wish).
- In the second half of the sukiyaki dinner, add the udon noodles to soak up the broth.
- If there isn't enough liquid in pot, add more of the sukiyaki base.
