Bacon-Cheddar Layered Spinach Salad
- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) baby spinach leaves
- 10 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 2 large green onions, sliced
- 2 cups thin matchlike carrot sticks Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Layer spinach, bacon and vegetables in 4-qt.
- glass serving bowl; cover with mayo, spreading to completely cover top of salad.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours.
- Toss salad just before serving.
