Bacon-Cheddar Layered Spinach Salad

  1. Layer spinach, bacon and vegetables in 4-qt.
  2. glass serving bowl; cover with mayo, spreading to completely cover top of salad.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese; cover.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours.
  5. Toss salad just before serving.
