White Chip Chocolate Cookies
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
- 1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) white baking chips (We recommend Nestle Toll House Morsels)
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in bowl.
- Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in another bowl.
- Beat at high speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
- Add eggs; beat until well mixed.
- Add flour mixture gradually, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in morsels.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 9-11 minutes or until centers are set.
- Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.
