Pork Belly and Garlic Shoot Spicy Stir-Fry

  1. Chop the pork belly into 2~3 cm pieces.
  2. Cut the garlic shoots into 3 cm.
  3. The garlic shoots will cook though easily after blanching (optional).
  4. Stir-fry the pork belly in a pan until it's cooked through.
  5. Add garlic shoots, and continue stir-frying until soft and wilted.
  6. Add seasonings, cook through, adjust the flavor, and it's done.
