Pork Belly and Garlic Shoot Spicy Stir-Fry
- 100 grams Garlic shoots
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- Chop the pork belly into 2~3 cm pieces.
- Cut the garlic shoots into 3 cm.
- The garlic shoots will cook though easily after blanching (optional).
- Stir-fry the pork belly in a pan until it's cooked through.
- Add garlic shoots, and continue stir-frying until soft and wilted.
- Add seasonings, cook through, adjust the flavor, and it's done.
