Butternut Apple Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Combine squash and apples with lemon juice and cinnamon.
  3. Place squash-apple mixture in a one quart casserole and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  4. Pour apple juice over mixture, and cover casserole.
  5. Bake for one hour, or until squash is fork tender.
