Almost Fatfree Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

  1. *NOTE: The original recipe used 1 egg instead of the egg beaters.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Line 12 muffin c. with paper liners.
  3. Combineflour, cocoa, baking pwdr, soda and salt.
  4. Beat the next six ingredients till combined, about 1 minutes.
  5. Stir in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk till just combined.
  6. Pour batter into muffin c.. Bake 22 - 25 minutes or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove cupcakes from pan; cold on wire rack 30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar, if you like.
