Mincemeat Recipe

  1. Pare, core and chop apples.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  3. Add in water, cider or possibly grape juice to moisten.
  4. Simmer till meats and fruits are tender, and flavors are blended.
  5. If you like, any other fruit juice may be substituted.
  6. Pack in freshly sterilized jars and seal.
