Butterscotch Chocolate Cookies

  1. Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Stir flour mixture into the creamed mixture.
  7. Fold in pecans, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips.
  8. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
  9. Place balls about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
  10. Flatten each cookie slightly.
  11. Bake at 350 for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  12. Cool in pan for a minute then move to rack to cool completely.
  13. Makes about 5 dozen butterscotch chocolate chip cookies.
