Kimchi buckwheat noodles

  1. Boil the noodles.
  2. Mix all ingredients except cucumber, pear and green onion
  3. Rinse noodles with cold water.
  4. Noodles should be cold.
  5. Put the kimchi, sauce, cucumber, pear, green onion and sesame seed on top of noodles!
