Easy Tuna Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
- 1 (12 to 13 ounce.) can tuna, flakes
- 1 (4 ounce.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- In large bowl, toss tuna, cheese, and onion.
- Spoon into pastry.
- In bowl stir together Large eggs, mayonnaise, and lowfat milk.
- Slowly pour over tuna pie.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 50 min.
- Serves 8.
