The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip

  1. Start by cooking your chicken strips in the microwave according to package instructions.
  2. (If you use Tysons buffalo strips, you will need 4-5).
  3. While the chicken cools a little, chop up your celery.
  4. Once the chicken has cooled, chop up/pull into small pieces.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, chicken, and celery until well blended.
  6. Add hot sauce (6 ounces is pretty spicyyou can kick it up or tone it down depending on your preferences!)
  7. and mix well.
  8. Spoon into a baking dish, and cover the top with the grated cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is warmed.
  10. Serve with Triscuits and enjoy!
  11. Pieces of warm bread or Fritos scoops work well with this too.
  12. I just prefer Triscuits.
