Taco Squares
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup gluten-free baking mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Grease baking dish.
- Use either 8x8x2 or a smaller rectangular one.
- Cook & stir ground beef until brown; drain.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, & 1/2 cup cheese; reserve.
- Mix baking mix, water, butter, & 1/4 cup cheese until soft dough forms.
- If need to add a little extra water, add small amounts until reach desired consistency.
- Press dough into bottom of pan.
- Layer beef on top & then sour cream mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
- If wanted can also add any other vegetables you want between the beef & sour cream mixture.
- Bake until dough is light brown, about 30 minutes.
