  1. For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  2. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  3. Meanwhile, combine 3 Tbsp.

  5. spinach and 2 Tbsp.
  6. (1 oz.)
  7. each mushrooms and cheese.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
  10. steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with burger, spinach mixture and 1 Tbsp.
  11. of the remaining steak sauce.
  12. Cover with top of roll.
