Easy Cheesy Breakfast Skillet #SP5

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Blot with paper towel and set aside.
  3. Cook potatoes according to directions with 1 diced pepper.
  4. Once veggies are tender put on lowest setting.
  5. Cut bacon with kitchen scissors about 1/2 inch bites.
  6. Add to veggies along with cheese.
  7. Once cheese is melted, add eggs one at a time.
  8. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons Mrs.
  9. Dash seasoning.
  10. Stir constantly until eggs are no longer runny.
  11. ENJOY!
