Easy Fruit Cake

  1. Heat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Mix eggs, cake mix and applesauce in large bowl until blended.
  3. Combine fruit and flour; stir into cake mixture.
  4. Pour into 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 1 hour 45 min.
  6. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  7. Cool completely in pans on wire rack.
  8. Remove cakes from pans.
  9. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in bowl with mixer until blended.
  10. Spread over tops of loaves.
  11. Sprinkle with nuts.
