Chicken Fried Brown Rice & Sweet Basil

  1. Preheat wok w/ 3tbsp oil, of choice, on medium/low heat.
  2. Add chicken and vegetables.
  3. Let cook for about 4min.
  4. Wisk egg, and add sweetener
  5. Move chicken and vegetables to sides of wok, add egg batter.
  6. Let egg firm.
  7. Once egg batter starts looking like the beginning of scramble eggs, add brown rice.
  8. Let cook for 5-8 minutes, stir to prevent rice from sticking.
  9. Enjoy!
