Lilhpster's Vegan Feta Cream Sauce Pasta

  1. Warm the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic and sautee for 3-4 minutes over medium-high heat.
  3. Turn the heat up to high and add the broth, onion powder, and the pasta.
  4. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the pasta is soft, stirring it occasionally.
  5. Take it off the heat and stir in the cream cheese.
  6. Let it sit for 5 minutes while the sauce thickens.
  7. Sprinkle the mozzarella crumbles over the top to taste...And enjoy!
