Chicken With Mushrooms Moo Goo Gai Pan Recipe

  1. Combine chicken with wine and 1/2 tsp.
  2. salt.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Stir fry scallions and celery in oil for 1 minute.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Stir fry pea pods 2 min and set aside.
  7. Stir fry mushrooms and water chestnuts 1 to 2 min.
  8. Set aside.
  9. Stir fry the chicken and wine 2 to 3 min or possibly till done.
  10. Combine chicken and vegetables in a wok.
  11. Stir together the broth, cornstarch mix and 1/2 tsp.
  12. salt.
  13. Slowly add in to chicken and vegetables in the wok and heat till thick and clear.
  14. Serve with rice.
