Sarra Dee's Pancakes

• 2 granny smith apples
• 14 cup whole wheat flour
• 14 cup all-purpose flour
• 12 tablespoon cocoa
• 14 cup soymilk
• 14 teaspoon cinnamon
• 23 cup raw sugar
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 18 teaspoon vanilla

1. cut up apples into small peices.
2. mix all ingredients together in mixer.
3. spray cooking pan with nonstick spray, and set stove on medium heat.
4. use a ice cream scooper for evenly portioned pancakes.
