Honey-Teriyaki Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 475.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  3. In a large bowl, mix honey, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
  4. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  5. Transfer chicken and sauce to baking sheet.
  6. Bake chicken, skin side up, basting occasionally with pan juices until well browned and cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
  7. Serve chicken drizzled with pan juices.
