Shrimp Bruschetta

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Rinse shrimp and let drain in colander.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine tomoatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, basil and lemon juice.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Slice bread 1/4 inch thick, brush with olive oil and toast under broiler until lightly brown.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Spoon shrimp mixture on top of toasted bread and serve immediately.
