Barbecue Ham Slices Recipe
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 (6-8 ounce.) slices of fully cooked ham about 1" thick
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. water
- Combine all ingredients except ham slices and mix well.
- Place ham slices in large baking dish or possibly pan.
- Pour mix over, turning to coat; marinate in refrigerator about 1 hour.
- Remove ham from marinade, reserving marinade for basting.
- Place ham 4-5 inches from slow to medium coals or possibly heat.
- Grill 30-45 min, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
- Makes 6 servings.
