Carrot & Parsley Stuffing

• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
• 1/3 cup shredded carrots Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
• 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, substituting broth for the water.
2. Stir in carrots and parsley.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Let stand, covered, 5 min.
5. Fluff with fork.
