Low Fat Sugar Cookies
- 1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 13 cup olive oil or 13 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 12 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 2 12 cups flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup skim milk
- Directions:.
- Whisk together first four ingrediants.
- Stir in remaining ingrediants until thoroughly mixed.
- Chill dough at least 1 hour.
- Roll out on floured surface to 1/8th inch thick.
- Cut with cookie cutters.
- Place on non-fat cooking sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
