Broccoli Cheese Soup Recipe
- 2 c. fresh broccoli, diced
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 2 c. water
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- Dash of cumin, curry and garlic salt
- 4 ounce. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 ounce. grated mild cheddar cheese
- Heat butter, add in flour and spices and blend well (will be very thick).
- Add in cream cheese to flour mix very slowly and cook till smooth.
- Meanwhile add in broccoli to water and bouillon cubes and boil 6 min.
- Add in cream and cheese mix to boiling water with broccoli.
- As it continues to heat, it will thicken.
