Joy's Tuna Fish Salad
- 4 (6 ounce) cans light chunk tuna in water
- 1 cup celery
- 3 teaspoons pickle juice
- 3 dill pickles
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup onion
- 34 teaspoon white pepper
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Mix drained tunafish and pepper in bowl.
- Chop onion, celery and pickle into very small pieces and add to bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients, combine.
