Dijon Lamb Chops

  1. Trim fat from lamb chops.
  2. Rub both sides with lemon; sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Combine parsley and next 2 ingredients, mix well, and press on all sides of chops.
  4. Place chops in a 12x8x2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered,at 500F for 4 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 350F and bake chops an additional 15 minutes.
