Crock Pot Pork Stroganoff
- 4 whole Boneless Pork Chops
- 1/2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 8 ounces, weight Whole Wheat Pasta
- Season pork chops with Cajun seasoning.
- Add to crock pot.
- Top with cream of mushroom soup.
- Cook for 4 6 hours on high or 6 7 hours on low.
- 30 minutes before serving, add sour cream to the crock pot.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Remove pork chops and cut into bite size pieces.
- Add pasta and pork chops to the crock pot and stir.
- Serve immediately.
