Peaches and Cream Omelet

• 8 ounces cream cheese softened
• 8 large eggs
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 packet artifical sweetener
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 13 cup peaches stewed, chopped

1. Combine all ingredients except butter and peaches in a bowl.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Follow Basic Omelet recipe.
4. When omelet is ready to turn toward center, spoon peaches onto center for filling.
5. Serve.
