Frosted Tropical Angel Lush
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake
- 1/4 tsp. lime zest Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl.
- Gently stir in half the COOL WHIP.
- Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
- Place bottom cake layer, cut-side up, on serving plate; top with 1 cup pudding mixture.
- Cover with middle cake layer and remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with remaining cake layer.
- Stir lime zest into remaining COOL WHIP; frost top and side with cake.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut just before serving.
