Frosted Tropical Angel Lush

  1. Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl.
  2. Gently stir in half the COOL WHIP.
  3. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
  4. Place bottom cake layer, cut-side up, on serving plate; top with 1 cup pudding mixture.
  5. Cover with middle cake layer and remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top with remaining cake layer.
  7. Stir lime zest into remaining COOL WHIP; frost top and side with cake.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  9. Sprinkle with toasted coconut just before serving.
